I want to give a HUGE THANK YOU to the young lady working the counter! I booked this event for my daughter's birthday on what I thought was the 23rd. Only to get there and find out I booked it for the 15th (the same date I booked the event). I was absolutely devastated and feeling defeated. This young lady went to speak with somebody, and thankfully, they let us stay! Tobi (my daughter's instructor) did so well with her! My daughter talked about indoor skydiving for months, and we found this location. We took her there as a surprise. She freaked out and did NOT want to do it. After instructions and Tobi ensuring her she was safe, about 30 minutes later, she gave in, did it, and had the time of her life! The facility was clean, and everybody working there, as well as bystanders, were cheering my daughter on and talking to her, and it honestly just filled my Mama heart!! I thank you all so much, from the deepest depths of my heart, for being so accommodating and working with us!! Y'all are amazing!

We were made aware of this skydiving centre through advertising on Instagram. It was a really cool experience, which was really fun with Lorenzo, our instructor. The whole team is very friendly and both big and small have a lot of fun here. Depending on the instructor, they only speak English, but that shouldn't be a problem. The introductory video itself is in German. The whole facility is simple but modern. This is definitely not the last time we've been here. Afterwards, you can buy individual images as well as the videos of the flights. For security reasons, filming and photography are not permitted in the vestibule. Outside the anteroom, if you have someone with you, this is not a problem. The choice of clothing: light, comfortable and thin. You should have enough room to manoeuvre.

Not only it was a cool experience, but they did it also very well and correct. The team was a very nice, friendly and aligned team. The process and all the options, all well thought. Also a very pleasant environment: there are seats also outside, coffee and tea, the flying tunnel in the middle so that everyone was able to see, showing the video after your flight, having the option to buy video and photo and extremely fast (I got the email in one minute). Our instructor was Zohan, super nice and friendly, and even his partner (that I don’t know the name) that they switch, one does instruction and one does photo/video each time switched, and the partner also sits in a very correct position and that was also very helpful to all of us, because he was also instructing us.
